Piece for the "Defenders of the Universe" in Melbourne, Australia.

My take on the Samurai Pizza Cats :)

Man I loved that show so much when I was a kid, I can pretty much say that a samurai pizza cat would def kick Ninja Turtle ass... or shell.

this one started out as quite a pain, I really hate drawing other people's characters... but once I got in the groove things were alright, figured i'd go all out and do some sort of ornamental style thing, which turned out quite nicely I think :)

Video games don't affect kids.If Pacman had affected us a skids we'd be running around in darkened rooms, munching magic pills and listening to repetitive electronic music

Ah, you sir have made my day <3

Samurai Pizza Cats was one the first Japanese cartoon I'd ever seen, and I was obsessed with it as a kid. Who knew that would open the flood gates for more cartoon watching for the rest of my life. Seeing it in your style is really wonderful. Again the white outlines make your work just pop off the wood, and I dig the drips.

I understand how you feel about fanart, it always feels odd to attempt another persons design. You incorporated your style into it perfectly though.

I am so excited for the pokemon version, hahaha I am such a geek ^^
